Healthycircles.com is a web application that enables you to monitor health parameters for yourself or a loved one.

User access is free. Anyone with a HealthVault account can make full use of the entire application.

Healthy Circles uses the powerful Microsoft HealthVault platform, instrumental in storing and providing access to personal health information. Using the application, you can graph your health data, track daily activities, print out detailed reports for your healthcare provider and follow trends in your personal health.

Graphs and reports can be created from various health parameters such as:

Glucose Blood Pressure Peak Flow / FEV1 Heart Rate Pedometer/Steps

Weight/BMI Insulin Medication Sleep Well-Being

Key features in the Healthy Circles application are the Health Reports and Daily Dialogues.

Health Reports give you the ability to view stored data in a visually-appealing and comprehensive format. Reports can be printed for the convenience of sharing information offline.

The Health Dialogues feature allows you to track the progress of a particular program and set custom goals. Programs include Smoking Cessation and Medication Compliance. You also have the ability to review and monitor your dialogue history within the Health Reports.

Updating data is easy. Upload data directly from a HealthVault-compatible device using HealthVault Connection Center. Alternatively, you can manually enter information using Healthy Circles' interface.
