Their HealthVault record can include information from healthcare providers, hospitals, health plans, lab results and medical devices.

User control

HealthVault users control access to their data. They can share it with family members, caregivers and others, and can decide which data to share. HealthVault always asks for user consent before allowing another person or Web site to access a health record.
