Healthy Circles

Healthy Circles is a free, online application that enables you to manage you or your loved one's health information. Anyone with a HealthVault account can make full use of the entire application.

Healthy Circles offers a complete Personal Health Record (PHR) that permits the display, management and sharing of vital health and medical information. This includes basic elements such as personal information, medication, immunization and procedure history.

Healthy Circles Health Reports allow you to graph your health data, track daily activities, print out detailed reports for your healthcare provider and follow trends in your personal health.

Health Reports can be generated using various health parameters including:

Blood Glucose
Blood Pressure
Peak Flow/FEV1
Pedometer/Steps
Weight/BMI
Well-Being

The Healthy Circles Document Manager allows you to store and organize a variety of documents related to your health and wellness. These include–but are not limited to–radiology scans, legal documents and prescription information.

With the ability to switch instantly between records within any section of the application; you, your family members and/or caregivers can manage multiple accounts, all in one session.
